Pilum dagger - A new design from SC.

Here's a new design that I've just finished. Fairly classic guardless dagger profile made with my usual materials selection of high-grade carbon fiber laminated to 6AL4V titanium, with a carbidized edge. Handle is dimpled jade-green G11 composite and the sheath is concealex with my shock-cord attachment system. Sheath has a pad of textured foam rubber on the back which helps keep it in place on the belt or when used with a static cord setup.

This has a lot of blade for the overall length, with a short handle that still fills the hand well and provides plenty of grip due to both the wrap-around texturing and the shape. Blade length is right at 4.1875 inches with an overall length of 7.5 inches and a blade width of right at 1.25 inches. That makes it wide enough to cut well, which is something I think is missing from a lot of dagger designs. Cry your pardon for the somewhat crappy pictures, my camera has been acting up.

Updated with new pictures.
